
Hey! We’re Nutritional Freedom. And we’re here to help women make peace with food and heal their relationship with their bodies to create sustainable health and transformational confidence. We exist due in no small part to our least favorite four letter word: D-I-E-T.
Diets promise to make us happier and thinner, but they fail us on both fronts, time and time again. And the sneaky thing about diets is that every time they fail us, we blame ourselves. Think about this: If your iPhone worked for 6 months and then broke… Would you shame yourself? Or would you march right back to the Apple store and demand a fix or a refund?
But when you lost 20 pounds on Weight Watchers and then gained 30 back, did you write their customer support, complaining that they taught you an unsustainable approach? Or did you blame yourself for being lazy, undisciplined, or an all out failure?
We can (and will) talk all about the science behind why diets don’t work, but if you’ve spent any time dieting, then it’s highly likely that you already know this based on your personal experience alone.
You know what they say: The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. That’s why we think and act differently in NF, and we encourage our clients to do the same.

So we don’t believe in diets, but here’s what we do believe in:
We believe that when women heal their relationship to food and their relationship to their bodies while prioritizing their health through self-care, they gain a hell of a lot more confidence and create bigger, better lives.
Think about it: If the time and energy you currently spend thinking about food or worrying about your body could be devoted to something else, what would you do in life?
NF was created because we believe that a world filled with more confident women is a much better place.
We run nutrition & mindset coaching programs and online courses to help women break free of the diet-binge-guilt cycle so they can spend their lives doing what they really want to be doing. But for now, here’s a little bit more about us:
- We don’t do the whole “one size fits all” thing. You’re a unique person with a unique story and unique needs. We work with our clients as individuals in the context of group-based coaching programs, which offers the best of both worlds.
- When it comes to food and nutrition, we know that you probably know what to do, but you’re just not doing it. We help you tune into your own internal wisdom around nutrition and health so you can tune out all the clutter, confusion, and BS.
- We know that your struggles with food are likely just symptoms of some other root issues. (Psst… That’s why those meal plans and workout guides you bought off Instagram have never worked.) We don’t provide Bandaid solutions for symptoms. We’re root problem solvers. We’ll help you dig deep to break through your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviors to create lasting, positive change in your life.
